Mosey provides paid-entry, skill-based fitness challenges. Participants pay an Entry Fee to join a challenge with fixed, published rules, and qualify by meeting a daily step goal on every required day.

Mosey is not a game of chance, a lottery, a sportsbook, or an investment product. No outcome depends on randomness, on an external event, or on a decision by Mosey.

To enter a paid challenge you must hold an eligible account, meet the minimum age for paid entry where you are, and be in a location where Mosey offers paid entry. Availability is confirmed before entry.

An Entry Fee is your Stake plus any applicable fees, itemised before you commit. Only the Stake enters the Prize Pool. Mosey does not contribute to a pool and takes no share of one at settlement.

You qualify by meeting the daily step goal on every required day, verified through Apple Health. Qualification is determined after the challenge ends and is final once locked.

Qualifying participants split the Prize Pool equally, each share rounded down to the cent. If nobody qualifies, the pool is retained and stakes are not returned.

Activity submitted through Apple Health determines your result. You are responsible for keeping Health permissions granted, opening the app often enough for your data to sync, and keeping your device working.

Technical, device, network, or platform problems do not by themselves create a right to a refund, an extension, or an alternative form of tracking. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by support at Mosey’s discretion.

Entry Fee payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in enforcement action on your account. Exact consequences will be set out in the final version of these terms.
